Wex

Cold Snap
Invoke: QQQ

Debuffs the targeted enemy within 1000 range, causing any damage dealt to the target to cause a ministun (0.2 sec), and deal 25 damage. The effect can occur at most every 0.7 to 0.4 seconds, depending on Quas level. Duration is based on Quas level, from 3 to 6 seconds.

Chaos Meteor
Invoke: EEW

Summons a meteor, which falls onto the targeted location and then rolls in a straight line away from you. Roll distance is 500 to 1550, based on Wex level.
Deals constant damage every 0.5 seconds to all enemies within a radius of 300 as it rolls. Damage is 80 to 260 DPS, based on Exort level. Enemies hit are also debuffed for 2 seconds, taking an additional 20% damage.
Note: the burning animation on the ground behind the meteor has no effect.

EMP
Invoke: WWE

Deals AOE damage in a radius of 700 in the targeted location. Deals 120 to 300 damage, based on Exort level. Also causes targets to lose 120 to 300 mana, based on Wex level. There is a delay of 2 to 4 seconds, depending on Wex level, before the effect goes off; but you do not have to channel it.

Tornado
Invoke: WWQ

Launches a fast-moving tornado from you in a straight line towards the targeted location, and continuing on until it reaches maximum range (700 to 3100, based on Wex level).
Causes a disabling cyclone effect lasting 0.4 to 2.2 seconds (based on Quas level) to all units in the path of the tornado. Upon landing, affected targets take 175 to 350 damage (based on a combination of Quas and Wex levels). Grants vision of the tornado as it travels.

Ghost Walk
Invoke: QQW

Grants you temporary invisibility. Slows your movement speed by 30% to 0%, based on Wex level. Also slows nearby enemy units by 10% to 40%, based on Quas level.

Deafening Blast
Invoke: QWE

Sends a sonic wave toward the targeted location in a straight line for a short distance, hitting all enemies in its path. Deals 40 to 280 damage, based on Exort level. Targets are also knocked back for 0.25 to 1.75 seconds, based on Quas level. After the knockback, targets are silenced for 1 to 4 seconds, based on Wex level.

Ice Wall

Creates a wall of ice in front of you, which lasts for 3 to 10 seconds (depending on Quas level). Enemies passing through the wall take 5 to 30 DPS (based on Exort level), and are slowed (exact amount unknown; based on Quas level).

Sun Strike
Invoke: EEE

Deals damage in a 200 radius at the targeted location, after a 2 second cast time. Can target anywhere on the map. Deals 75 to 450 damage (based on Exort level), divided between all the affected targets.

Alacrity
Invoke: WWW

Buffs the targeted friendly unit (including yourself) for 5 seconds, granting 40% to 160% increased attack speed, based on Wex level.

Summons a Forge Spirit. At Quas level 7 and Exort level 7, spawns two Forge Spirits.

- Melting Strike [ORB]: autocast, 40 mana, no cooldown; causes normal attacks to debuff enemy heroes (no effect on creeps) for 5 seconds, reducing their armor by 1, stacking up to 10 times.
Invoke   Ultimate
Creates a spell, based on the three orbs you have out. The new spell gains its own icon and hotkey. Subsequent casts of Invoke will replace the previous spell (the oldest of the two, at levels 2-4).

Note: the first level of Invoke can be learned at level 5, unlike all other heroes' ultimates which start at level 6.
